SOIL NAILS

Soil Nailing is practical and proven technique used in constructing excavations and stabilizing slopes by reinforcing the ground insitu with relatively small and fully grouted steel bars. These are installed into the soil mass, the face of which is locally stabilized by wire-mesh reinforced shotcrete facing or by a grid network of shotcrete beams and to produce a zone of reinforced ground.

MICROPILES

If difficulty in installation of conventionally driven or bored piles founding on irregular bedrock formation with steep inclines or where floating boulders prevalent. It would be more practical and convenient to substitute these piles with an adequate number of micropiles.

GROUND ANCHORS (Conventional and Removable Type)

An Anchor whether it be placed in soil or rock is essentially a sub-structural member which transmits a tensile force from the main structure to the surrounding ground. The shear strength of the surrounding ground is used this tensile force.

SHOTCRETE

Is concrete or mortar conveyed through a hose and pneumatically projected at high velocity onto a surface, as a construction technique for slope protection and stabilized.

HIGH PRESSURE JET GROUTING (Up To 200 psi)

Jet Grouting is a replacement technique in which soil is excavated using high pressure water and air jet and the resultant void refilled simultaneously with grout. For structural stiffening of soil, it is highly effective and allow for precise location of strong grouts. Furthermore, it can be used in Soil

ROCK BREAKING

Rock breaking is the process of breaking up or fracturing rocks, typically for construction, mining or excavation purposes. We have adopted Hydraulic and Chemical Method to demolish rocks, boulders and hard materials without using conventional explosive method.

ROCKFALL BARRIERS

Rockfall barrier is a safety structure designed to prevent or control the descent of falling rocks or debris from hillsides or cliffs. It typically installed in areas prone to rockfalls to protect roads, buildings and other infrastructure below.

DEBRIS FLOW BARRIER

Debris flow barrier is a structure designed to prevent or reduce the movement of debris, such as rock, soil, or vegetation, typically in areas prone to landslides, floods, or other forms of erosion. It can be made from materials like steel, concrete, or mesh and are often used in areas where natural or man-made disturbances could lead to debris flow that might damage property or infrastructure.
